Silicone soft pads in the SBC 1.0 to 12.0 W/mK series
The gap pads in this series are made of a thermally conductive, electrically insulating silicone elastomer with excellent elastic adaptability. Their low hardness means that even with low contact pressure, they adapt very well to irregular shapes. The silicone film has an adhesive surface on both sides. The SBC models include unreinforced and gel-shaped mats in various thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5 mm.
